Fashion // Runway Review: Suno Resort 2013

Resort collections are continuously emerging, but none are quite like Suno’s Resort 2013 collection. Comfortable and casual are two words to describe the collection, which is great. The point of resort-wear is to feel that state of ease yet also look chic!

Combinations of geometric lines, florals in sweet shades of pink, grungy plaid and pops of color are seen throughout every outfit in a different manner. The spotlight can take the outfit with the mirrored images that seem to mimic basketball courts combined with geometric lines and paired with wide-legged pants.

Erin Beatty and Max Oserweis, the designers behind Suno, took a casual, comfortable approach with their resort collection this season and did not fail to incorporate a mix of graphic prints. These up-and-coming designers truly engaged the comfort factor and acknowledged the ease a woman looks for in a resort collection. There is no such thing as too much comfort!
