Urban Outfitters is known for their quirky and clever outfits while Jeffrey Campbell, on the other side of the spectrum, is know for wild and unique shoes. So why not combine the two for a beautiful blend of quirkiness and craziness? It is a perfect marriage of two equally wonderful, but different things.
As previously mentioned Jeffrey Campbell shoes are not for the faint of heart, in fact, the vast majority of the designs are all quite outlandish. Although the shoes may not be the perfect definition of conventional, their unconventionality is what makes them unique. One of Jeffrey Campbell’s most famous shoes, the Lita, is one of the main stars of the overall shoe collection as well as main highlight of Jeffrey Campbell’s involvement at Urban Outfitters. Although the Lita is relatively unique in design, Urban Outfitters makes the design wearable by providing it in softer colors and patterns that will relate to customers at Urban Outfitters.
Urban Outfitters does a great job at providing some of the more conservative (or as conservative as Jeffrey Campbell goes) designs from the shoe line while still continuing to uphold the aesthetic of the brand. Although Jeffrey Campbell is fairly well known for their statement platform heels, Urban Outfitters shows another side to the brand with casual flats, loafers and sandals. The flat shoes are more conservative in comparison to Jeffrey Campbell’s other shoes, but still have small flares that are reminiscent of Jeffrey Campbell. For instance, many of the sandales have splashes of studs sprinkled mixed with feminine bows or classic loafers with a studded twist.
